When you’re thinking ‘shopping’ all you ever need to do is ‘Think within the Square’. Mirrabooka Square has a number of services in place to make your shopping experience even easier.
Located next to the Food Court our helpful staff members can assist you with any comments or queries regarding Mirrabooka Square.
Our Customer Service team will also help you with Gift Vouchers, Wheelchair bookings, Kid’s Club memberships, Lost Property enquiries, Centre Directories and store information.
The customer service centre is open during the centre’s regular trading hours and can be contacted directly on 9344 6166.
Mirrabooka Square can provide you with the most flexible gift idea- a Mirrabooka Square Gift Voucher. Gift vouchers are available for purchase to a value of your choice. Individual gift vouchers must have a minimum value of $5.00 and a maximum value of $50.00. Valid for 6 months from the date of issue, Mirrabooka Square Gift Vouchers may be redeemed at all Mirrabooka Square stores excluding Coles, Kmart, Kmart Auto, Woolworths, Big W, Tandy and Australia Post.
Scooter and wheelchair hire is available free of charge to assist in making your shopping experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Both manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available, however, bookings are essential.

Mirrabooka Square’s two Parents Rooms are always a welcome sight to mum’s and dads.
Each room includes a child-size toilet, nappy-changing facility, bottle warming microwave, curtained-off feeding area and automatic entry doors. We’ve thought of everything and this has earnt Mirrabooka Square a five star baby care rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association.
Seniors and Disabled parking bays are located outside each entrance to the Centre.
Special parking bays reserved for parents with children in prams are located near the Woolworths, Coles, Kmart and Big W entrances.
For those busy shoppers here for a quick visit. Fifteen minute parking is available in the specially marked bays located outside Entry 3.
For your convenience, a taxi rank is located outside Entry 5 on the Chesterfield Rd side of the Centre. If there are no taxis available, please visit the Customer Service Centre and we will order a taxi for you.
Mirrabooka Bus Station is located outside Entry 6. Buses servicing the surrounding suburbs and Perth city can be boarded from here. A selection of bus timetables are available from the Customer Service Centre or Centre Management office.
A courtesy vehicle is now providing convenient assistance to Mirrabooka Square shoppers in the car park. It is driven by a security guard and can be flagged down for a lift to the centre’s entrance. Alternatively, visit the Customer Service Centre to arrange for a pick up.
Centre Directories detailing all of Mirrabooka Square’s retailers are available from the Customer Service Centre or Centre Management office. The directory also offers information on all Mirrabooka Square services and facilities including public telephones, internet terminals, banking services and public toilets.
